Blue Giant

18-year-old Dai Miyamoto moves to Tokyo to fulfil his dream of becoming a successful saxophonist. There, he meets Yukinori Sawabe - a highly skilled pianist who is immediately impressed with Dai’s musical chops. They agree to form a jazz trio, recruiting Dai’s school friend Shunji as their drummer. After months of practice, their new band debuts in a tiny jazz bar - swiftly winning early fans thanks to their rough yet impassioned sound. But their path to Tokyo’s best jazz clubs proves more turbulent than they could have ever imagined.
